Staying close to mobile or electronic devices for an extended period of time is an action that so many persons are guilty of; and unfortunately, there are so many harm the body faces when it is exposed to or come in contact with electronic devices like cell phone for a long period of time example during sleep hours.

Smartphones for instance emits high levels of radiation which can cause dysfunction or unbalance to your biological clock and even your nervous system. Most of the time, this will result to restlessness and frequently waking up throughout the night.
